Instant Boiler Service in Vancouver — Immediate Dispatch Available

Published: July 22, 2026 — CANRO Heating & Cooling — Greater Vancouver, BC

What Instant Service Means

Instant boiler service means we dispatch a technician immediately when you call — no waitlist, no next-day scheduling for emergencies. Our on-call technicians are ready to respond. For true boiler emergencies (no heat during freezing weather, gas smell, major leak), we aim for 1-2 hour response time.

When to Request Instant Service

Request instant dispatch if: you have no heat and indoor temperature is dropping below 12°C, the boiler is leaking water and causing property damage, there is a gas odour near the boiler, or you have a frozen condensate pipe in freezing weather. For less urgent issues, same-day service with a 3-5 hour window is available.

What Instant Service Costs

Instant/emergency dispatch includes a premium for immediate response. The premium is clearly communicated when you call. Weekend and after-hours instant service have higher premiums. We provide a written estimate before any work begins. If your situation can wait a few hours, standard same-day dispatch is more economical.

Safety Reminder

If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide or believe there is an immediate danger, leave the property and contact emergency services or the appropriate gas emergency authority. Do not remain inside — exit the building immediately and call for help from outside.
